Mr. Hennessy is President and Chief Investment Officer of Lampligther Capital Management. He leads all aspects of the firm's investment process and portfolio management.

Prior to founding Lamplighter, Mr. Hennessy invested in private middle-market companies with the mezzanine debt group at Caltius Capital Management. Before working at Caltius, he advised companies and financial sponsors on mergers and acquisitions at Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Hennessy graduated cum laude from Occidental College in Los Angeles with a BA in Economics in 2004. He is a registered investment adviser representative in the state of California. Series 65.
